eStatements
eStatements are a safe, secure way to receive your financial information. Instead of receiving a paper statement in the mail each month, you’ll receive an email notifying you when you can view your monthly statement through Online Banking. And, eStatements are FREE to all members.
Signing up is easy!
To sign up for eStatements, log into Online Banking, click on "Online Services," select "eStatements," then "eStatement Preferences." Then, select your statement type (choose eStatements) and enter your email address so that you can receive an email notifying you when your statement is ready to be viewed. • Convenience – View your statements anytime, anywhere you have access to the internet. Simply log into Online Banking, click on "Online Services," then on "eStatements." You then have the option of viewing your most recent statement or a list of all your past eStatements.
• Security – eStatements are viewed by logging into Online Banking, a secure site that uses 128-bit encryption, the highest standard in the industry. Thus, viewing your statement through Online Banking is more secure than having it delivered by traditional mail, where there is always the risk that your statement could fall into the hands of an identity thief.
• Environmentally friendly – Since paper and printing is not needed, eStatements are better for the environment. In fact, according to PayItGreen.org*, the average American household would save 6.6 pounds of paper and 4.5 gallons of gasoline per year just by switching to electronic bills, statements and payments.
• Fast online delivery – An eStatement is available to be viewed up to one
week before you receive a paper statement since your paper statements take a few days to be delivered through the mail.
• Less clutter – A library of statements for the past 18 months is always available through Online Banking. You can also download and save your statements to your computer. If you ever need a paper copy, you can easily print out a statement from your library.
