Four MCPS high schools ranked among nation’s top 100

Newsweek magazine recently ranked four Montgomery County public high schools among the top 100 high schools in the nation. Additionally, Newsweek ranked all of Montgomery County’s eligible schools within the top 3.5 percent of the country.
Below are the top four high schools and their rankings:
Richard Montgomery—38
Bethesda-Chevy Chase—55
Thomas S. Wootton—58
Winston Churchill—94
Walt Whitman and Walter Johnson fell within the top 110 schools, with respective rankings of 104 and 109.
