Card (VISA) Specialist (Full time, Rockville)

We have an exciting opportunity for an individual to be responsible for the issuance (new and renewal) and maintenance of Visa credit cards, Visa check cards, ATM cards and conduct research.
This individual will provide information/research verbally and in written form to members and internal customers pertaining to disputes or issues related to cards. In addition, this individual will be responsible for understanding Visa Regulations, interfacing with Visa processor, regulations pertaining to debit card use and interfacing with ATM processor and Shared Branch network.

 

Requirements:
• Two years college or equivalent experience.

Computer Operator (Full time, Rockville)

Network Administrator
