Open a certificate

To open a certificate, please visit a branch or call us at 301.948.9880. Please call 800.497.6290 if you are out-of-area.

Accumulator Certificates can be opened through Online Banking by clicking the “Add an account” icon, then selecting “Create a new Share” and selecting “Certificate” from the drop-down list.
