Bank by phone: During regular business hours you can call our Contact Center at 301.948.9880 to apply for a loan, get account information, and make transfers. You can also call Money Talk, our automated telephone banking system, at 240.599.7400 to get account information and conduct transactions.
Branches: Visit any MCT branch or over 6,700 shared credit union branches where you can visit other credit unions to conduct transactions on your MCT account.
ATMs/Debit Card: Your MCT Debit Card can be used to pay for purchases (choose credit unless you want cash back) or to make withdrawals at over 15,000 surcharge-free ATMs.
Electronic Services: MCT offers Direct Deposit and electronics transfers to other financial institutions to help you automate your finances.
